DAY 1 : TANGIER - CHEFCHAOUEN VILLAGE

Morocco Amazing Tours offering private Tangier tour to explore best of Sahara desert. 10 days private Morocco desert tour starts in the morning and we travel to Rif mountains to explore the amazing Chefchaouen village. It is very popular destination for tourists. We explore medina and then you will have free program. We stay overnight in local hotel.

DAY 2 : TANGIER - CHEFCHAOUEN - FES MEDINA

Today we head to Fes and we explore main attractions in the city . You will have free time to explore the medina by yourself. We stay overnight in a local hotel.

DAY 3 : FES GUIDED CITY FULL-DAY TOUR

Today we enjoy highlight of the private 10 days around Morocco travel from Tangier and you will explore the UNESCO protected medina with an official guide, which is the oldest and most beautiful in Morocco. We will visit also Fes university - the oldest in the world. Later today we will visit the tanners and discover a terrace overlooking the tannery. We spend this night in a local riad.

DAY 4 : FES - MIDELT - ERFOUD - MERZOUGA

Today we will begin your ascent through the Middle Atlas mountains. Most of the day will be spent winding your way through the beautiful forests, jagged cliffs,  and Berber villages as you cross the Atlas Mountains and begin to descend towards the Sahara Desert. In the middle of the road, stop for lunch in the town of Midelt, famous for its fossils and rocks. Then we continue to Erfoud and Rissani. In the evening we reach Merzouga where we stay overnight in a desert hotel.

DAY 5 : MERZOUGA DESERT EXCURSION AND NIGHT IN CAMP

Today we explore Merzouga desert, during our 10 days Tangier to desert tour which is the gate to the desert dunes. We will visit also Khamlia village, famous for its music. Later today we ride camels to reach desert camp where we enjoy a mint tea with the Nomads. We will climb high dunes to watch the sunset in the Moroccan desert . We will enjoy a traditional dinner at camp and friendly Nomad guides will play music for us around a campfire. Tonight, we sleep under nomads' desert tents in Merzouga Sahara desert.

DAY 6 : MERZOUGA - RISSANI - ERFOUD - TODRA GORGES - DADES GORGES

After breakfast, you will return by camel ride to Merzouga village and then we drive to Rissani, Erfoud to reach the Atlas Mountains in the path of the Todra Gorges. In the afternoon, there will be a walk in the towering Todra Gorges. The valleys of the picturesque river make a nice trip to the south-east of Morocco. Then we continue to Dades Gorges where we stay overnight in a local hotel.

DAY 7 : DADES GORGES - OUARZAZATE - AIT BENHADDOU - MARRAKECH

Today we explore Dades Gorges and then we head to Ouarzazate. Here we may visit local movie studios, and a kasbah. We continue to Ait Benhaddou to explore a local kasbah. Then we depart to Marrakech.

DAY 8 : MARRAKECH EXCURSION WITH LOCAL GUIDE

Today we will have a guided tour of city. This is the highlight of our private 10 days Tangier to desert tour . It is the pearl of the south of Morocco and we discover the Bahia Palace, the Saadian Tombs, and many other hidden treasures. After lunch, you will continue with a visit to the magnificent Koutoubia Mosque and the famous Djemaa el-Fna, one of the attractions of the center of Marrakech. The tour will conclude with an exploration of the souk (market) lined with fresh fruit, mounds of spices, woven Berber carpets and many art objects of Morocco.

DAY 9 : MARRAKECH - CASABLANCA

Today we drive from Marrakech to Casablanca to explore largest city in Morocco. We stay here in a hotel with dinner.

DAY 10 : CASABLANCA - RABAT- ASSILAH - TANGIER

Today we drive from Casablanca along the Atlantic coast to visit the cities of Rabat and Assilah. Later today we drive to Tangier.  This will be the end of our private Sahara desert tour from Marrakech and we wish you a happy return back home.
