EXPERIENCE TRADITIONAL WAY OF COOKING IN MERZOUGA .
We will join a local Merzouga family in their traditional built house. Our Berber Merzouga cooking lessons starting at any time you require. It is run and managed by an experienced local cook. English speaking guide, will do the translation for you to understand all necessary steps. You will learn about the techniques of traditional local meals. We may learn how to prepare traditional mint tea, and famous Moroccan bread in a traditional oven above a wooden fire. We prepare the traditional Berber pizza (served in Rissani) cooked on the fire and sand. You will learn how to prepare Berber tajine also.
